1. Welcome to A9A Fashion
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the A9A Fashion online store at a9afashion.com ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. About our products
A9A Fashion is a streetwear brand. Our apparel and accessories are made to order using print-on-demand production: each item is printed after you place your order. Because items are produced on demand, colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We work to describe our products accurately, including colors, materials, and sizing.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order — or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to be authorized to use the payment method you choose.

5. Production and shipping
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. US delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after production; international delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. 6. Returns and refunds
Because every item is printed to order, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order.

7. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — including our name, logo, designs, graphics, and text — belongs to A9A Fashion and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use
You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or infringe anyone’s rights.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A9A Fashion is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question.
